We, at Rêve Bracelets want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

All Sale Jewelry and personalized jewelry are final sale and there are no returns or exchanges on either of these items.

We are not responsible for lost packages so please make sure you send us a tracking number for your return shipment. 

If you want to change the length of a necklace you have an additional cost of $10 per item. All our products are handmade.
